RTL MPG Question

I am in the process of manually checking my fuel mileage now. New bike on my 3rd tank. I noticed that the electronic mileage calculator says I am averaging 70MPG. I know it’s wrong but it seems to be stuck there at 70 and doesn’t reset after a fill up (like my car) and there is no way that I can see to manually reset it.

Sounds like mine before updating the software (firmware or whatever the correct term is). I would be that you don't have the latest version. There are other threads talking about this, but the latest is 20.8, i think? I am sure someone will chime in if I am incorrect.

Version 13.2 took care of the mpg reset issue. 20.8 takes care of other issues and includes a miles-until-empty feature. Have him check it for you. They should update for free.

I'm looking forward to my appointment with them Wednesday for the BajaRon bar and a laser alignment. Planned on picking their brains too about how to do some other "stuff" I want for my Spyder while I'm there.
