My Aux lighting in front

My GF has a 900, she is concerned some cars don't realize how wide the front is and wanted some brighter lights near the wheels.
So, I made some brackets to mount some extra LED driving lights that turn with the steering.

im from australia and to be able to sell the rykers here we had to have extra wide rear indicators fitted and extra front lights.kind of doing what you wanted but from the factory.ours have lights on what looks like a different side panel to yours that sits up higher and wider so you get more light down the road too i would imagine.its a neat fitment if you can buy it from brp.but i suspect as with all brp bits they are probably really costly.i dont have a image i can easily put here as thats above my skill set,you may be able to find a image from aus or our great aussie moderator may put one up.

What light kit did you use? I like the idea of having additional lights farther apart. Might actually cause drivers to mistake Rykers for cars and I can't see that being a bad thing.

I used these combo lights from Amazon, they are 6000k in brightness and are supposed to have a dual beam.

That looks REALLY good... those daylight/distance pics definitely look like a car.
That being said, please excuse my nomenclature nitpicking, lol.
6000k isn’t the brightness, it’s the temperature- 6000 lumens is the brightness!

What are the the brackets mounted to? It's a little hard to see from the photos? I really like the idea that they track with the steering. It makes blind corners way less scary at night.

They attach with the same the bolts that hold the fender.

Yes, I had them waterjetted and then bent and powdercoated.

I think you'll find a demand here! That's a nice looking bracket. I'd be in line for a pair. Just plain metal for me.

I think it's a great idea. Looks good and I like that the light would follow the turn.
