    Default Power Steering Question

Just got to ryde my 2014 RTL and found much less power steering at low speeds compared to my 2018 RTL. Has anything changed or does my old one need service? Decent at road speeds.
Really enjoy spyderlovers.com. So many nice people here!
Replaced my Lamonster Certified RT Limited #1874 With a 2018 RTL.

they were upgraded 2018, they are a little better when stopped and at low speed. 2014 you need to be rolling for it to work well.

    Default Little checking.....

How's the tire pressure up front ... ? Too low will make for heavy low speed turning and especially if not moving...

Can the 2014 be upgraded to the new Power steering? Either through BUDS or a new PS box? .....Jim

Gene there will be a difference say between 15 front and 24 front …. but for the 14 older system it really isn't going to be much...… When you think about exactly how much time you spend turning your Spyder in a parking lot vs. the amount of miles you spend riding above 5 mph...… Well i'll take better handling and a comfortable ride over the minimal amount of extra stress needed between the old and new power steering ….jmho ….. Low speed turning on my '14 has never been an issue with me. Perhaps I'm an outlier.

    otherwise be a vulgar brawl.
