Default What part is missing from my Spyder?

I just noticed that there is a hub cap missing on the right wheel of my 2014 RT SE6. See attached photos. It is a flimsy, light plastic cap that is on the left wheel and can be easily removed and snapped back. Can someone please tell me what that is, and where can I order one? My OCD would not allow me to have one on the left but not on the right. Thanks!

    Default Try This....

When re-installing use some black silicone to help keep them in place. They do not stay on well and I finally went with the billet aluminum ones that Lamontster garage sells ....

So I guess I am not the only one with that problem! Thank you for letting me know.
I suppose there is no risk in driving while I wait for the replacement part, right?

That cap has no function except for appearance. Some models in the early years did not have any installed at the factory. So no harm done driving without it.

No, they're just for appearance sake, I too lost both of my original plastic one's and replaced with the Spyder logo's metal ones.

I also lost one of mine in the front off my F3T. Does anyone know if they are the same size as the ones covering the rear nut? I had to remove the ones off the back to install the trailer hitch. I was thinking that I would try to see if they are the same.

Yes, it is a problem that some of us have experienced. I am down one on each of the spyders. Going to fix it someday.

I gave up replacing them. I bought one and it was gone a couple miles after leaving the dealer. Running naked now for many many miles.

my latest RT, the 2017, had both covers firmly attached, unlike my 2014. But regardless,
I Motorsports shipped my 2017 with 2 spares in a goodie bag. Now THAT is service.

I have a set machined aluminum from lamonster. Look great and held in place with set screw.

    Ride safe!
