Let's hope that none of us ever have to use this information; Thanks!

This is an internet hoax, here is info from Snopes.com : https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/cough-cpr/

If the coughing is not done at the perfect sequence, it will do more harm than good. Chewing an aspirin (and calling 911) is the better alternative.

Fake or not: any of us would try it; if we figured that this was going to be "The Last Dance"...
Do you carry Aspirin with you? I always keep a couple of coughing fits handy...

#10 of the post has the suggestion to pass it on to 10 people. Usually the sign of chain letter stuff.

The symptoms given are a good warning though. Chest pain and shooting pain in the arm is a good indicator that a heart attack is happening. Been there and done that.

Most of us don't carry aspirins...but most do have a cell phone with them these days.

    Default Ah Well.....

I do carry aspirin with me at all times but this was from a long time back that it was told to me. In small daily doses does help hearth health as well. Those blood thinners can reek havoc on the body....

It doesn’t work at all for heart attack. I did double check with a cardiologist at the hospital where I work.

If you think or feel like you are having a heart attack, you should chew the aspirin and not swallow it; in this case, you should chew a 325 mg aspirin.
