    Default Saddle Bag/Trunk Question

Thinking of either the Hopnel Bungee saddle bag/trunk set up or the Tricled saddlebag/trunk pockets. Just wondering if anyone has these and what the pros and cons are. Also any thoughts on the frunk trunk organizer as well. Trying to do some upgrades. Links posted below on the items. Thanks for your input.

I have the Tricled saddlebag/trunk pockets. They are very easy to install, use the same screws that are inside of the saddlebags. Follow the instructions.

They add a lot more room to store items. I installed them my self. I don't remember the $$ that I paid. A great product.

I have the Hopnel nets. Very good basic option to retain things like covers, rain suits, helmet bags, gloves, etc. Uses existing hardware and easy to install. I cannot justify anything more for my type of riding. I would buy them again.

If your actually going to travel a bit, the Hopnel trunk liners are great. Get to your destination--- grab the liners and go to your room. Couldn't be easier. I'll admit that the quality of their zippers could be a lot better.

Yep, I have them as well and find them very handy for securing small things. Cheap, very easy install and works great.

... they are handy - convenient for storing small things ….. What I did find to be ( imho ) a drawback is finding what you are looking for, without emptying all the contents …. What I did was to make a stiff cardboard template of the sidebags and write in large letters ( with a sharpie ) what was in this pouch, I can read it thru the mesh ………… The cardboard also keeps things from falling to the bottom of the pouch which then creates a bulge - which can interfere with anything large in the adjacent cavity …….So I find what I'm looking for ...remove the cardboard ..remove the item … put the cardboard back ….. try it, it's free …….
