PS) I recommend the model with the V-6 engine.

I had a 08 with the V6. Bought it used to run around town. Sold it to my brother a couple yrs ago. He just had to junk it because the tranny went on it. Had over w200k on it.

I have a 2008 V6 bought new in Jan 2009. 109000 miles now with no problems and routine dealer performed services. I had it over in Germany on the autobahn, a daily commuter into DC, and now as an around town for my wife. The accelerator is a little touchy, especially if your used to 4 cylinders. We intend to run it into the ground. If you can get your hands on one in good condition, I would. Only drawback is the legroom for the driver. My 34 inch inseam makes wearing boots while driving a challenge sometimes.

Had 2007 that I just traded in on a Silverado. V6 engine, I towed my little camper all over with it. I think I had 130,000 miles on it. Biggest problem was my inability to park.
