I have one that I added to my M109 and also to my Vmax. Amazing how just that little bit of lift can do wonders for keeping the wind off you chest or moving it above the helmet. Best $15 item that I ever bought for the bike.

Sorry for the delay in response. Hozan is the brand I picked up on Amazon. I haven't had a chance to get up to highway speed so can't say for sure, but seems like it helps just driving around town.
Amazon is "fluid" with their pricing. I will try again later and see if it has changed.
That is for sure. I said $15, but I actually think I paid more like $12. I also picked up a bag for the rear of my Vmax. I paid $16 for that, but a week later, they had them for around $24. BTW, I got mine on Ebay.

Ride report: Put a couple hundred miles on it today... Helped with wind noise but got optically poor with all of the road gunk (salty water spray)... lowered it to see over the top which defeated its purpose. I am sure it will work well when things are dry and clean.

Did you lower the extender or the stock screen or both? How was wind noise affected at the lower position.
I lowered the extender from the high to the low position... It did increase the wind noise. Changing the angle of extender might be something to experiment with as well.

4 mirrors? if it works for ya.

I was really concerned about the bar-end mirrors and how they might work. I mean, they look great but couldn't really work well. I was WRONG. For me anyway the mirrors are some of the best I have ever had.

I have never been a fan of the bar end mirrors either. But when I bought my 2010 Vmax, it had bar end mirrors on it. They work great. Now I know not to judge a book by the cover.

The Hozan brand extender was back ordered 6 weeks at Amazon. This one did not list a specific brand name but looks very similar. At in town speed it is too early to tell how much it reduces wind noise and I have much experimentation on height and rotation. At any rate, Lucky Lizard likes it.
Well, lucky Lizard will have to get over it but I have already removed the extender. I did not like the way it influenced handling in high side winds and at highway speed really did not mitigate wind noise. I will need to try something else.
