Default BRP Ultra-touring is out...well, sorta...

Got a call yesterday from Mike and they got in their first windshield...problem is that it is a 23" one...I need 25"...he said it looks really nice and the hand protection is considerable...this is one of the features I like as riding in the cold doesn't so much affect my body as it does the extremities. They should be coming in nationally more. Mike said it costs 260.00 o 265.00 delivered (forgot which one since it's been a while)...regardless, looking forward to this windshield..

As soon as I get mine, I'll post pics up...

I wonder if this will happen before the next ice age?

Facinating,,,, my dealer tells me June 30th they will be released . Have they been released to the general public or not?? I am only 5'7" tall so a 23'er should take care of me. I also, ride in the cold here in New England, and it is the hands/fingers that get cold. Although the heated grips are helping a great deal

Our dealership recieved one of 5 windshields ordered, and it was a 23", the rest are slated ETA for around the 23rd. The first backorder I had was the one that I received. They really do look nice though, installed it Saturday for my customer, looks like it belongs on the Spyder.

I will get the 25" windshield soon (I keep telling myself that...perhaps with positive reinforcement, it will happen sooner? )

I'll get up pics as soon as I get mine. The CHAD is a great windshield, but the new BRP has some bright spots as well...we'll see soon enough...

Until then, hold onto your helmet!

I did a lot of adjusting on my chad yesterday and today, and I finally got it where I can go 55 with my ball cap on frontwards and it stays on without much buffeting at all.. Haven't tried it with my fullface on yet. I'll try It in my trip to Indy to sign the banner and meet the crew Thursday. Thats a huge victory for my 6'8" frame. Hope your new BRP work for you the way you have all hoped it would.
