DAMN! After watching that video I may have to invest in one.... He's quite the salesman getting me to consider replacing my existing mount.
Dave, since I already have the over dash setup, can I get just the phone cradle with ball mount? His part number HL-31?
Mine uses a threaded "clamp" type cradle and when I don't have a phone in there I have to crank it all the way down. His spring loaded version should make that easier.

Yes to all your questions, I have been looking for a great quality mount for phones, iPads and GPS units
for years, and I have sold many of them but after signing up as a dist. dealer for TracksForm, I am almost
embarrassed about handling all the other brands, it is kinda like a VW and a Rolls Royce, they will both get you there but
which one would you rather own.... QUALITY is the key word here.
    Thanks for the ata boy

Dave, how and where would this be mounted on an RT with stock handlebars?

All you do is remove one of the bolts holding the bars down and replace it with the bolt supplied with the ball
