    Default A-arm protectors??

Saw this on the can am site. Are A-arm protectors something I should be thinking about and worth the money? Thanks in advance for all opinions and advice.

If your doing a lot of off road? There just going to transfer the shock of impact to the A arms. I was gonna get them just for their looks because the Silver "Looks Cool" on the Ryker!

Rykers are essentially road-going vehicles. (forget about the advertising...) If you hit something on the road that is tough enough to damage one: you need to pay better attention to what is going on around you.
And if you get off-road, and hit something: what the heck were you thinking??

    Save your money...

May give you some rain protection, but I wouldn't count on anything else except looks. I do like the look and may add them at some time. cueman

I like the looks of them and I plan on a lot of gravel and backroad riding and stuff happens. Better safe then sorry.

As this was started a good while ago, I thought they look good and may get some rain protection out of them. Now, after seeing that the frame paint isn’t that great, look around your front wheel centers, the A-arm protectors may help with the stone chipping. cueman

I am about to pull the trigger for the same reason. I can see the paint being chipped on the a-arms. The a-arms look like they could get the most damage.
