I LOVE to cook (and eat). In our household, I cook and wife cleans up. Asked her the other day what she wants for Christmas Dinner. Without hesitation, she said "Garlic Shrimp Scampi". I make it from scratch and she says it is better than any she has ever had in any restaurant. It is her favorite meal. There is no appropriate desert other than a good garlic belch followed by a nice cocktail. Christmas Eve will probably find us having a couple of Rib-Eyes and a nice salad. I think my gout is already starting to scream at me..... A very Merry Christmas to all and wishing you all a healthy and prosperous New Year..... Jim
