(The lines between the various Classes move around a lot, and there's always room for debate...)
It would be a lot like mine; but without the area up front for an over the cab bunk.
One of the nicest B+ units is made by Phoenix Cruiser...

I think it has to do with the fact that every component needs to be "squeezed" into such a small package...
But you're right: they sure do cost more than a Class C rig...

Mine had a 6" lift with mag rims. Chrome bumper and other chrome accents. Was planning on a stereo, but a Bluetooth speaker was easier and cheaper.
Even with outstanding roadside assistance, you might want to have a spare with you. If you're broken down by the roadside you have to wait for the assistance to show up, and then maybe wait for them to make another trip back to you with the correct parts. If you have a spare on hand, you'll be on your way a lot quicker
We’ve got Good Sam roadside assistance. They wouldn’t even send the truck until they had the correct tire on board. Granted we ended up with a HDT tire instead of the RV tire but it was a drive tire so all went well. I don’t know about you but I would not want to attempt to pull a 150 pound tire and rim off our Class A. Granted the Sprinter uses a smaller wheel size but I’m too old for that kind of stuff. Call road side and give the guy a good tip then get on your way.
