Rode it home Friday evening from dealership in Austin to Katy(west side of Houston), about 150 miles. Funny thing was each person that worked there that we talked to asked if we were going to trailer it home. I said we're buying it to ride it not haul it around.
Saturday after work installed Hindle and 1" riser block per instructions on here. Didn't have time to install passenger peg extensions, wanted to ride , maybe next weekend. Ordered the rear sport rack in black, backrest in black, and comfort seat for wife. Dealer says all three are a few weeks out.
Any way, I've rambled enough, Thanks again

However, according to my daughter in Austin it was in the mid 90's there and high humidity! You and your wife will love your Spyder - fact - she is probably going to want her own!!!! soon!!!!

Just a suggestion-
If you may be thinking of installing NMN taillight/brake light kit; you may want to do that during your install of the BRP sport rack/back rest. I just removed my sport rack/back rest last night and it is a little time consuming; I should be receiving the taillights today.
I'm not sure if you have read the postings on going into limp mode due to a loss of a taillight. With NMN's taillight kit, you won't have to worry about this.
