Extended warranty
Purchased a new to me 2014 RT Ltd this past spring and he had the BEST warranty transferred over to me. It expires in May of 2019. My question is can I purchase more warranty for my spyder before this one expires. Bike working great but beleave in warranties providing they done cost a fortune. Thanks

Probably not. The warranty (BEST) can only be extended for a total of 5 years from the date the bike was first placed into service. Any BRP dealer can provide you with accurate dates and options..... My 5 years are up in May 2019 also. Looks like our two bikes are twins.

No, you cannot extend the B.E.S.T. extended warranty. You can shop for a third party warranty but becareful and read all the fine print. Many of them require you pay for repairs up front and then submit your claim to the warranty company and keep your fingers crossed. IMO, for the price of such a third party warranty you might be better off simply ratholing X amount of money each month and self-insure yourself for unexpected major repair expenses. That's what I plan to do when my B.E.S.T. expires.

B.E.S.T. Warranty is only a FIVE-YEAR DEAL. It would be NICE if they had a used SPYDER plan. How about '10 YEARS AND 100,000 MILES '. Just a thought.
