    Default SLOW SENA SUPPLY

    Hi Everyone Dave here,
    I would like to APOLOGIZE !!!!
    for the slow shipping of NEW SENA PRODUCTS.
    I have a bunch of orders from folks here that I have not been
    able to fill because SENA is out of stock here in the USA on many
    of their items. As you know I get my supply right from SENA.
    I have been told it is a longshoreman problem loading and unloading
    the big containers.
    So please be patient with me as I am doing all I can.
    There are a bunch of real cool new products on the way to market soon
    you will love.

    Default New Sena Models ?

    Any idea when the newer models of the Sena 10C are going to be available. I have been looking at the 10C Evo and now the 10C Pro but they have said coming soon for a very long time.

    Some sites claim the 10C has been discontinued.

    Hi
    I have been told to plan on the first part of the 4th. quarter
    in time for Christmas maybe sooner I hope.
    The 10C is being replaced with a much more advanced unit

    Sena is slow on everything...we had one unit quit taking a charge and Sena has had it for over a month and nothing......we just wait

    I’m actually pretty fed up with Sena at this point. Trying to give Dave my business when I can go into Cyclegear and get it today, so I think they are screwing with the smaller suppliers. Plus hearing about the customer service issues makes me think Sena has a long way to go in understanding what’s important.

    This coming from a guy who spent 28 years in the service industry.

    Hi Left Coast...It's NOT SENA, it is the freight loading and unloading at the docks.
    as for warranty issues I handle my own so the customer don't have any problem.
    I am always lower than Cycle Gear.... I now have over 50 years in the service industry
    started in Concord CA. Sept. 1967...
