    Sorry, for some reason I don't get notice of response on the board. I have what I think is the right setting but does not work. But I digress.
    The vest is a large. I'm 6'2" and 200 lbs. It as adjustable elastic bands on sides to allow for some to tighten up or loosen it.
    It's never been used at all.
