Sena Prism Camera won't record - any ideas?

hello guys , question I own a sena prisum wifi camera. I am trying to figure out why it will not record. the sd card is in the right way the battery is fully charged. any help is appreciated ...getting sena corp to help has been impossible.

First thing to do with any device is plug it into computer and make sure the firmware is up to date.

If it is the Sena Prism tube wifi, you need to pull out on the lens to start recording and push in to stop. Also make sure your sd card isnt full and has been formatted. Mine works good. The wifi part sucks and is difficult to pair with a phone. I just start the recording manually as stated above.
