    Default what phone

    I got to the point were i was to down load the connect app,and it says this item is not compatible with your device. So by the look of it i need a new phone . Is there a list of compatible phones ? Mine is a android Onetouch idol mini 6012A.

    Since you've raised some points in other threads about BRP Connect, I'm assuming that's the intent -- but we all know what assuming does...:

    1) Here's the link to the BRP Connect page in the Google Play store:

    2) On that page, it states that the app requires Android 4.4 or later.

    3) Looking up your phone, it appears it came with Android 4.2.

    4) And at this point I'm speculating -- if you've never upgraded the firmware/OS on your phone, you should be able to upgrade it to more recent versions of the OS. Here is an page that has some generalized instructions that may be of help.
