There is a volume setting IN the GPS itself......in addition to the master volume for the other audio (radio).
There also is a mute function.

Also could be some pins in the mount not making good connection.

I assume this is a 590 or 660 Garmin with a BRP stock mount ??

When the gps is on. A quick press and release of the gps power button will get you to a screen that has the volume control and screen brightness control. Make sure it is not muted. Set volume to full.

If that still does not fix your problem.
Has it ever worked? If so how long has it not worked? Was anything done to the Spyder when it stopped? (Service, Repair, Etc.)
Are you getting audio from the gps speaker, just not the spyder speakers?

Also the GPS may need updates, the voice file screwed up on my 660 one time, would play MP3 & beep but could not talk. Back up your saved locations & contact Garmin for additional trouble shooting & deep resets, good luck

Quick Menu is on the Garmin 660 and that is what should be on a 2014 RT.
