Default Manual Clutch, servo assisted clutch, grap a gear and go

One of the wonderful innovations is the paddle-shift synchro tranny with motor speed integrated! From the days of non-synchronized gear boxes to todays hydrostatic trannies in some appications, I Love the smooth efficient SE6 tranny that keeps my coffee in my cup, eyes on the road, and hair in the wind. Now for a SE7 or SE8?

I, too, love the SE for it's ability to engine brake/downshift quickly, as well as upshift smoothly and without effort. I do have to admit that sometimes my F3L seems to have more than 6 speeds, as I frequently manage to select 'horn gear' on the way up and/or down. Always fun, and I just put it down to 'safety', in the interests of being both seen and heard. No embarrassment in that!!
