    Default Coolant

I just topped up my coolant tank, but I added a little to much just under the HOT line instead of the cold line. Will this cause any problems for me. Do I need to take some out by disconnecting one of the hoses or will it just come out of the overflow line once I drive it.

I would lower the level using some type of Extractor. My 2.

It will discharge the excess, but you could pull some out using a turkey baser (dollar store) and adding clear hose (hardware store) to the end. Deflate bulb stick hose end into tank and release bulb. This will suck some out, and keep doing that until you are where you want to be.

Due to the difficulty with the cap ( might mis-align it ) which can cause really bad issues , imho I wouldn't bother ..........The oil would be a different story ...... Mike

Thanks for the idea, I used a turkey baster with a straw on the end and taped it together it worked awesome.

I can't even see my coolant level

Any suggestion on how to see the level easier

I had to stick a wire in it just to make sure there was coolant in it

And what a pain in the ass putting the cap back on

If you put a flashlight in behind the front wheel and shine it at the back of the coolant tank, you will be able to see the level pretty good.
