Default Questions About Installation of BRP Driver Backrest

I'm considering the purchase of a BRP Driver Backrest for my 2016 F3-T and came across .

After watching it, I'm pretty confident that I can do the installation myself (even though I'm "mechanically-challenged"), but I have a few questions:

    1. Is it as easy at it looks to get the bracket that holds the post installed?

    2. Is the height of the backrest pad adjustable at all?

    3. It's my understanding that the angle of the backrest pad is adjustable by simply turning a screw. Is that true as well?

very simple to install, when removing the two seat bolts be careful not to drop the washers into the Spyder.
