any idea how to submit combined mileage?
looks like several of us have had our cluster reset to zero. Any ideas (if/when) on how to submit a total of both?
11,000-12,000ish so far....

I don't have an actual answer but I have an idea. Even though you have new mileage on the new cluster, you hours stays with you. So as an example. If you had 300 hours on your spyder there is no way you can only have 100 miles on it. So, my plan is to turn in a photo of my odometer with the total hours on it and then submit that I am on my third cluster. Worst case scenario is that they don't send me a pin. I can't think of why they wouldn't though.

I don't get why they don't have a way of transferring mileage from the old odometer onto the new - or have that info stored elsewhere on the bike (like wherever they are storing the hours).
Did they give you an odometer reading card filled out and signed like they do on cars?

Pins are expensive now, cant just send them out to just anyone who travels across the US for a burger and a movie

12310 miles
When I parked this morning I had 12,310 miles. Applied for the 5K pin in March. If I remember right the 5K came in about 3 weeks after I uploaded the photo(s) via the SpyderRider site.

The agenda for the LA event talked about an awards thing in the afternoon on Sat. Maybe they will hand out pins at the event if you recently submitted for a mileage pin.

It is all good intentions but little sustainence. How long does it take to verify the mileage - photo of odometer and photo of bike and ryder. I could not get the website to work for me so I emailed BRP and was told my registration for 5K pin was taken care of by them - virtual 5K pin was available on the site in early March - but another 2 to 3 months (because I have not received the pin yet) to mail a pin from Canada to the US. Customs must be tough.
Lamonster quoted that the pins are being sent every three months now, so if you happened to have applied a day after they were sent in March, you can expect the next set to be sent out in June. Allow about a week to send through Canada Post and US Post and you'll have your pin. If you caught them the day before the mailings - you'd have it in a week. . I applied for mine in March and was wondering as well. So if I don't have it by the end of June I will ask them about it. Thanks for the notice Lamonster

Well, I submitted for 5k and 25k pins up on their site, but I never heard anything back...
I'm hoping to have 52k by my one year anniversary towards the end of June.
