Thought I would share pixels of our new trailer if anyone is interested in hauling 2 spyders at once.
It is 7 1/2 x 18' all aluminum and weighs only 1500lbs empty, has 3500lb torsion axles w/ electric brakes.
Required 4 custom D-ring locations and everything is tied down at the wheels. 3 ramps store underneath.
Tony Crim of Crims Trailer Sales helped me with the design. His shop is in Front Royal, VA (540-635-8201)
Nice! I take it has slide in ramps and an extra middle ramp had to be added to the trailer?

The third ramp and the stone guard were the only options ordered from the factory The ramp rack is spring loaded and drops down to slide out the ramps , springs up to lock in place. Ramps work at the rear & along the sides
We're using it for long haul trips to the west where we will park and ride long loops to see as many National Parks as we can.
The ST has a coolant leak and was taken for service which turns out to be due to leaks from a couple of those crimp- on hose clamps because of temp fluctuations. (Dealer claims to have seen the problem several times)
My wife and I have considered doing the same thing about towing the Spyder to a distant destination and then riding "local" loops. I am curious where you can safely park a truck and trailer for a couple of days at a time while you are off riding. What are your plans? We don't have limitless time and don't like to put more than 200-250 miles in the saddle every day, so towing to a distant destination is a much better option for us.

Same here. We have 5 loops planned in order to collect all the National Park quarters in the western US. For each loop or two, we plan to drive to a central spot and make arrangements to park the truck and trailer at a gated storage yard. Trailer will be locked to truck and 2 heavy steel cables thru the 4 wheels will hopefully ensure it will be be there when we return
