    Default Poor Little Animals Need Our Help Keeping Warm

    People can not possibly be this brain dead.

    Two stories of people leaving pets outside in front of closed animal shelters. One incident turned out ok, the other not so much.

    People can be heartless as well as brainless.

    My most recent rescue (she has been with me 7 years now), was abandoned in the cold. She lost half of both back legs, her tail, and ears.

    A bit rough looking, but the sweetest cat I have ever owned. She gets around except for jumping high, and is my constant companion.


    Currently Owned: 2019 F3 Limited, 2020 F3 Limited: SOLD BOTH LIMITEDS in October of 2023.

    Previously : 2008 GS-SM5 (silver), 2009 RS-SE5 (red), 2010 RT-S Premier Editon #474 (black) 2011 RT A&C SE5 (magnesium) 2014 RTS-SE6 (yellow)

    MY FINAL TALLY: 7 Spyders, 15 years, 205,500 miles

    IT HAS BEEN A LONG, WONDERFUL, AND FUN RIDE.

    I'm hearing on the radio today that it's OK in Alaska to kill hybernating bears and their cubs. What kind crazy crap is that?

    I can't address that. I am not a hunter and therefore not up on the regs. It does sound a bit cruel and inhumane to me if that is any consolation.

    People who are heartless enough to let their pets / livestock etc freeze in this cold ought to be stripped naked and tied to a fence in this cold.
