I certainly wouldn't want to step off before the props stopped spinning. Would hate for everyone to have to start calling me shorty.

I am surprised there is not some kind of carbon fiber grating or something over those props, could get ugly real quick like.

I just was in the news that these are going to be used in Dubai by the police. Don't understand as they only can fly for 25 minutes on a charge

Because their performance would be zilch. Propellors need free air for optimum performance; actually, almost any performance.

yea, your fingers probably drop off from the cold so no big deal if it gets chopped off instead.
