    Default Hoversurf

Not quite ready for commercial distribution, yet, so don't go looking for a distributer. However, we may see these things within a year or two. Personal hoverboard flying craft.

    Interesting but the questions are:

    1. How much will it cost
    2. How long can you fly on one charge

Seems pretty steady. Looks a bit like a fly it yourself drone. Once they get popular--I can't wait for the crash videos--like we see with cars sometimes.

I certainly wouldn't want to step off before the props stopped spinning. Would hate for everyone to have to start calling me shorty.

I just was in the news that these are going to be used in Dubai by the police. Don't understand as they only can fly for 25 minutes on a charge

    Hi Jim,

Re: I am surprised there is not some kind of carbon fiber grating or something over those props

Because their performance would be zilch. Propellors need free air for optimum performance; actually, almost any performance.

I imagine they would kick up a lot of dust. It would also be a blast to ride over fresh powder snow.

I imagine consumer lawsuits are relatively rare in Russia.
