    Default Standard Tools

Can one of you identify what tools are missing from this toolset? Will I need to purchase the missing tools from a Spyder dealer or can I pick up from an hardware?

    Thanks,

Looks like the standard kit to me. As usual, the tools are for very minor procedures and not the best quality. Hardware store will supply you with more and probably better quality.

I recommend a set of assorted torx so you can get at most of the fasteners.

You will get a lot of suggestions here.

PS: What are you expecting on a $30K machine?

We need to know the year and model of the Spyder to get details of the tool kit.
It appears that the Tire pressure gauge and 1 of the Socket wrenches are missing.
Buy decent tools at our local hardware store.

    Default Well...

What you got is what you get....they dropped the air guage as it was never right.... you can get more and for sure better quality tools depending on how much you can do on the side of the road. The plug kit and air supply is basic to handle any flat situation. Adjustable tools help save space...Credit card and cell phone are basic as well and a good roadside assistance plan....

They must have found a box of tire gauges laying around because they are back in the 17 tool kit.

Tire gauge--no problem. I have at least five assorted, sitting around on my work bench and one in each "tool" package. At least mine give "accurate" readings.
