I tried googling can-am spyder receiver hitch and came up with nothing. How about providing a picture or link to what you want to buy to help us out?
BTW, I'm guessing you want to be able to use the receiver hitch to mount interchangeable accessories, like a golf bag holder?

If you want a receiver hitch you need to build it yourself or have it done. The factory style hitch bolts to the swing arm and is unsprung so it gives the trailer cargo a pretty violent ride. Put sensitive items behind the trailer axle and pad them if you can. If you want a proper frame mounted hitch it needs to be custom built. At one time the Bushtec folks told me they were considering building a hitch but didn't know if it would be viable dollars wise.

I haven't seen a commercially-available receiver-type hitch for the Spyder. Those I have seen were one-off custom jobs.
