How many miles do you have on the pads? I don't know when they would need replacing mileage wise, but could be your issue.

I'll answer one of your posts....
You may think it is full but the sensor is very picky...add a teaspoon....
other things to check:
Brake light switch on the pedal
Brake lights
Brake pads
Was your foot on the brake pedal for a spell
Parking angle
and maybe some I don't remember....

Chupaca pretty well covered it
+1 to all the reasons Chupaca mentioned. Have had all of them except the brake switch issue at one time or another.

2012 r-t
went too warm up the 2012 this morning , knew I needed to add about 4 ounces of oil too fill her up , and the brake warning lights started the flash also with the brake failure warning , looked at the reservoir , the oil was in the o.k. range on the cycle , added enough fluid too cover the floats in the tanks { both } and smooth sailing all day long , just needed a touch of oil ... she is a finicky wench

Go to an auto parts store, I have never had any luck finding it at gas stations or truck stops.

NAPA had it last time I looked for DOT 4 on the road
NAPA had it last time I looked for DOT 4 on the road... also ask if they have a little paper funnel; Many can fix you up or it you have a plastic spoon or a little syringe and tube this can help to add the small quantity required to get the "lights" to go away. And make sure you align the caps so that the line on top points to the rear of the bike; this keeps the vent hole on the high side of the reservoir and prevents seepage.
