    that's not looting....that is survival... he is one smart dog and probably headed for higher ground to wait for things to dry out and get better. Hope all the other human and critter alike make it out safely and with minimal damage and loss...

    There's resourceful and then there are crooks. I vote for resourceful here.

    I am one in favor of shooting real looters. But, that's a different subject matter than here.

    As a resident you can probably attest. I am going to go out on a limb and say 40% or better have a gun. Would you loot with those odds? I wouldn't regardless but no thanks on that possibility.
