It would be a GS/RS model. You are near one of the nations best dealer. They might get one in trade or find one at auction. I'd go talk to PitBull, and have patience.

We did not see the SE version here until early 09. I bought one for the spouse. I had to order the 08 in SM in Oct 07 and waited until June 08 for its arrival.

Default Are you willing to travel?

There is a 2009 GS SE5 for sale in Georgetown TX just north of Austin. 4500 miles, they are asking $8k. Looks sweet, saddle begs, back rest, Corbin seat, new tires & battery.

The $2k gap is pretty big but if you go on the high side of your $7k wait a few months save up some $$ so when the new models come out people will be dumping theirs.

i paid $8k for my 14' RSS so anything is possible with patience. I have none and almost went back to 2 wheels and mine popped up.

I wish you luck in finding one.

Deals are out there. I picked up my wife's 2013 ST with an auto, 1,400 miles and several accessories, for $9200 last year.
