Choices are brp cross country (smallish), brp shad hard bags (36L, holds my helmet), leather bags, throwover bags. Lots of pics on various threads.

I have the Shad bags. I love them. They hold a ton of stuff and are waterproof. They also have made to fit inside bags that are a great addition.

Those look awesome. Please let me know how you like them. Pros and cons. I don't need saddlebags all the time - just on extended trips, so this is a much more practical option than the Shad set.

I've had Givi (Kappa) on 3 different bikes and E22's on 2 of them.

I like those flags on your bike. Please share how you mounted them and where you got them from. Thanks

The SHADS are very nice and the mounts are barely noticeable when you take them off.

Being able to store a modular face helmet was one of the reason I opted for the F3S instead of the F3L (which won't any on the integrated side cases).
That and the "bobberish" look of the rear end that I love so much...

That said 90% of my rides are with the bags off (the frunk will hold all that I need), so very happy with this setup.

I installed the Mutazu bags last year before making the Run For The Wall ride across the country. They worked great. We only had one day of rain, but everything stayed dry inside the bags. Here's a link for the bags on Ebay.

I have a set of Hepco & Becker Gobi cases from my old KTM 950 Adventure from the mid-2000s. I was hoping that they did a frame for the F3-S, but it seems they don't. Shame. I get my F3 in three weeks.

I have the Shad's as I wanted something to hold either a helmet or my ballistic jacket. The brackets were a challenge to install but once on the bags come off/on very easily and when on are very secure. Not only will they hold a helmet you can put a 12-pack in each bag making shopping easier I bought the liners too but they seem more in the way than anything; although I haven't done any over-night trips so maybe they'll be helpful. Looks like lots of good choices for you out there.
