    Oh how awful! So very sorry about your friend! I sure hope this stupid woman has PLENTY of time to do her stupid nails while she sits in prison!

    Sorry about your friend... my condolences.

    I don't know what the max is for negligent homicide but this is about as "negligent" as it gets.

    Unbelievable what people think they can do when behind a wheel!
    We have a lady who lives up the rode from us - she hit someone (while drunk) and she is in prison now And when she gets out - she loses everything.
