    Default F3S Hitch is coming

I don't like the hitches that are being sold for the F3S. As soon as I get home I will getting back to fabricating our version of one. It will not use the lugs for the fender to be attached. I really feel that they are not strong enough to hold over time and will crack and possibly completely fail. They just aren't strong enough. I will give updates on progress. My goal is to have it ready for Spyderquest in September.

Default F3S owner here - anxious

We're looking forward, my wife and I, to your findings. I too agree that the support should come from the main frame is stead of the fender arms like the F3T and RT. Awesome - keep up the good work.

    Thanks!
This will go on my F3S so I will know it is right. I will probably add as an accessory a special F3S Spyder Rack to carry stuff for some added room. I think having the weight lower (instead of behind the ryder) will help the byke to even corner better.
We use my frunk as a cooler and I noticed that I could corner better earlier on in the ryde, then later it was not quite as good. Just the having 10-12 water bottles in the frunk made that much difference. And additional weight added to the byke, the closer to the ground, the less additional yaw you will experience = better handling in curves.

Hard to say yet. If it can be built to the concept I have in mind, around $200.
