Sena 10S Question

Can get my phone linked up, but can't seem to get other media from phone to play through headset, see the audio media profile in the off position but can't seem to slide it to the on position, any ideas?

Install the Sena Utility app on you smart phone, will give you the ability to turn on/off any function of the head set.

Did that, no help! But the documentation is pretty vague with regards to setup!
