Default Kudos (again) to TRICLED - My new LED fender mounted spotlights

I installed TRICLEDs fender mounted spotlights. They are VERY bright (they come with a dimmer, not an on/off switch). They look good and really show other drivers that I'm there - and a better idea of the width of the byke. I haven't had a chance to use them at night, but they are as bright as the headlights.

I may (next cold rainy day) install a relay so that they automatically turn off when the byke is off. Any ideas for an easy circuit to to get to attach the relay to that comes on with ignition?IMG_2497.jpgIMG_2498.jpg

Might try the fuse that powers the rear cig plug. I think fuse # 6 goes on with the bike and off when off. It's listed in the manual. I think 6 is on only when the bike is running and 7 is hot all the time.

I can confirm that the rear trunk power plug is powered on/off with the ignition switch. I use it for my sat. radio. So tying into that circuit should do the trick.

They messed mine all up and now won't let them touch it. Hope they last awhile for you.
