Default Pictures showing rotated 90° - Why? Any fix?

I must be more computer stupid than I thought. When I post pictures on FB of my bike they come out fine. When I try to post them here they are rotated 90 degrees. Can't figure this out.
    Any help?

Finally figured it out... I think. Computer was rotating the pics from my phone and took me a while to square away the computer
I take all my snapshots with the phone these days.

If you happen to post one, and it's sideways: just ask, and somebody will spin it around a bit for you!

How to ask? I've got several pics on one of my posts that have the wrong orientation.

    Default Why...

Your taking all the fun out of viewing them. Have you ever watched as they turn the tablet or phone the picture turns too till they set it down and walk around it..

I have found that if you edit and shrink your pictures just a little bit before you attach them they will come out just fine every time.
