    Default Volume control issue

    Hi all,

I installed the new OEM top case per spec which included integrated speakers and an OEM amp. Wondering if I have to do some kind of computer update?
I believe it was doing this before the install as well - but the bike is new to me.

    Reason for asking:

My volume control seems to stay on mute or loud
I have gone into preferences screen and tried various setting without any luck
just sitting in the garage with the Spyder off it will make me deaf or goes to mute
I've read the manual and gone step by step but it just seems stuck on too loud or mute - yes the digital display does show it getting louder and softer but I cant get it to go quiet or to a reasonable volume level.
    thanks in advance.

Yup! You need to get hooked-up to BUDS, and receive a software update...
