Default Hey F3T owners - I want your bags.

I'm an F3S 2015 new owner and I love my bike. BUT - I need some storage . I've always loved the saddle bags that come standard with the F3T and was just hopefully, wondering if those bags can be purchased separately to be installed on my F3S? I've looked at the BRP web site and there isn't an option there at all. I can understand why but... I still would like it if I could put them on my bike. Hey, they look like their made for the bike and they are but just not very cheap I'll bet.

nothing is impossible if you have enough $$$$.....
i'm sure his dealer would be more than happy to retro-fit the T bags to his S... but i'll bet he'll be looking at a few thousand dollars at the very least.... the entire rear section would need to be removed and replaced with the T hardware, and that includes the muffler.... NOT recommend... i'd say; buy a really nice set of bags and ride on....

It would be cheaper to sell your F3S and buy a used F3T. The entire rear frame, swing arm, wiring harness and ECM are different. Its a different bike, not an add on.

I would agree that I don't think you'll get the F3-T Bags on an F3-S.

Have you considered the SHAD bags, best alternative in my opinion. I was considering a swap to a T to get the extra storage but then the SHADs came along and no need now.

Default Hey - thats what I needed to hear. IMPOSSIBLE

I figured it would be expensive but I didn't know the F3T was totally different in frame and all. Yeah, guess I'll just have to do some more searching. The Shad bags are nice but I'm not into the ball shape curve design. I'm more interested in a design that compliments the shape of the bike - flat on the inside and rectangular with radius corners on the outside. Even if their semi-metallic like plastic or tuff nylon with straps I can then shop for hangers I've seen here and on the power sports accessories web site. Thanks guys.

The leather ones that SpyderPops sells look good on the F3S.

Another option are viking bags hard bags. There are some pictures on here of F3 installs.

I was considering them befroe gettting the SHADs.

There is always the option of Corbin bags. They make the bike look amazing.

    Default These fit an F3S

You you must enter you f3 year and model lower down on the EBAY page to see compatibility. I did already and it says they fit a 2016 F3S special series.

    Default OEM CrossCountry

These were made for the F3-S. I love mine, now that I have swapped out the locks for "Combi-Cam" replacements. These bags are reasonably water resistant (I use plastic liners when touring) and, most important for people like me with smaller garages, they are easily removable. Love the look of them also.
