I am thinking there are three Tri Cities, Mt Vernon and Vancouver
I had mine done in Vancouver and the tech was top notch, Mt Vernon Have not heard anything on, Tri Cities Will if you can't say anything good don't say anything

Had my 2013RT done by Lifestyle Honda in Mt Vernon last June. Took them about 2 hours at $175 out the door. There was minimal adj. needed so I didn't notice much difference in the ride afterwards. Took a little over 2 weeks lead time to get in. Nice folks.

That's about 1 hour longer than it should take and also quite a bit more expensive
