Could be, but...there are people that do that stuff, climbing antennas, power line towers, and wind farms. Looks like an antenna so....
That is a job I could not do even if it payed a million $$ a year.

i would say it looks photo shopped, but if they are iron workers, i wouldn't put it past them. i have seen iron workers do a lot worse

Wow...!!
How many workers can you get on the head of a pin...? the lens distorts, have seen many single workers at those altitudes do wonder about this one...

I don't know any of those guys (at least I don't think I do?) but I do know some of the blokes who do that sort of thing & have seen many verifiably valid pics just like that!!
