Default Where to Advertise my motorcycle for sale?

Just wondering if anyone on here has used CYCLETRADER to list a motorcycle for sale. If so did you find it helpful and worth the money to place the ad? I have a couple of options for listing up the Spyder. One is CYCLETRADER and the other is WHEELER DEALER. Trying to figure out which would give me the better bang for my buck on the listing.

I have used cycle trader but I actually ended up selling to a guy who was part of the local weekend rides. I would list it on here as well.

I have had my Spyder on cycletrader for 2 weeks now, lots of views but only two emails, with only one being halfway serious. Also posted on Craigslist and here.

I have used their free ad and never received a response that I recall.

I have had better luck using Craigslist for my 2 wheel motorcycles but you have to put up with the idiots that contact you and know how to weed them out. I had one person send me a counterfeit cashiers check for $2k more than I was selling the bike for. I didn't try to cash it because I knew it had to be a counterfeit.

There are also a few FB sites for Spyders that you might try as there are often people looking like "Can AM Spyder accessories and parts".

    Good luck.

I used it and had a lot of responses to it. I also bought a bike using it.

I purchased my Spyder and previously a BMW on Cycle Trader. I plan on listing my BMW there.
