Default 2015 f3 front tire issues

I bought my bike new in April of 16. It was pulling to the right and I took it back to the dealer at 600 miles in April of 16. They did a free lazor alignment. The tech told me he toed in the tires for proper weight distribution. The pulling was corrected and I ave enjoyed the bike very much. Today while on a break riding one of my buddy's notices my rt front tire was wearing on the outside. The left front not so bad, but running you hand on thread feels like it is feathered. My buddy says it is improper toe in or defective suspension. How should I approach the dealer to have this covered by their improper alignment or manufacture warranty? I had the 3000 mile service with them in sept of 16. I now just turned 7000. The bike is like new and always garaged. Thanks for any input for this old retired guy.

... " The tech told me he toed in the tires for proper weight distribution " sounds ODD to me !!!! .... I don't think your alignment is correct .... LAZER is super accurate ..... IF THE PERSON USING IT - KNOWS HOW !!!!! ... I'm not a fan of Kenda tires because they are inferior .... but they will last 3 X's that long ON THE FRONT if the spyder is properly aligned....... PS, ask if they are using the " Rolo / TruTrac system ..... BRP's is useless ..... Mike

Well, the dealer checked my alignment and found the toe in to be set at 1.5 which is supposed to be for two up riding that I don't do. After some discussion we agreed he woul set it at 1.25. Well, I contacted the inventor of Rolo laser alignment. Mike Loescher in Edgewater Florida. He says the dealers just don't get it. I am going to take it to his shop about 60 miles from me to have him check the alignment and will post the results. He says his system is foolproof

Mike did my alignment-he knows his stuff. 1.25 over what distance? That makes a difference on the angle. BRP says to measure + and - 3 feet. Ask Mike about the "bump steer" changes in steering geometry. It's there but not the dimension quoted by the dealer.
