LED bulbs
I was looking at the LED bulbs on Lamonster's site but wanted to know if anyone has/is using any other LED bulbs besides his?
Saw some on ebay that were half price, same wattage and and color.

I got mine from TricLEDs, and love them.
I'd hate to have to try and pin down the differences between them; both are excellent choices!

I bought ours from exxon depot, but that was before Lamont started selling his. His look like an easier install.

Both
Both/Either would be good choices. Joe and Anne just installed mine and I believe they purchased them from TricLED. I'm loving them. If Lamonster is selling them as well you can bet they are as good of a choice as anything out there. Stick with a reliable review and company. Tech support from both are good also.

They are expensive but I went ahead and ordered the combo set from Lamonster. I agree with the comment of if he sells them they have to be up there with the best. Now just to see how the install goes

Install
Anne told me that the headlights aren't too bad but the foglights are a really bummer. Patience pays. No throwing tools, beer cans or cursing. It might draw attention from the wrong people.

The Lamontster fog lights are super simple to install.

I agree, i installed the Lamonster LED headlights and Fog lights and they were real easy to do. They also worked great. I traded that Spyder in and will be getting them again for the new ride.

I was at the dealer yesterday and got to see what should be done to make the install a bit easier. I don't know if I'd call it "super simple" but if the right panels are either removed or loosened, the job looks very doable.
Can't wait to dig in!

I had Harvey at Spyderpops install my LED's both the headlights and foglights. Sure makes a difference.

Yeah I'm ready to do mine too. Should be a huge increase in visibility on the front. The stock bulbs are terrible.

The improvement with adding the TricLED's to my RT is Night & Day!

Careful with the eBay LED lights. I ordered two, spent several hours installing them, then when I went for a ride to test them out, I had to turn on my fog lights to get home!

I was also wondering about that.
Last year: I watched the techs at TriclEDs' booth install mine, and they were working pretty hard...

Fog light install
OK, to clear this up:
1330 RT models are vastly different than 990 models. The older ones are much easier. The new ones have a snorkle that runs beside the fog light cover, making it difficult to do. The right side is fairly easy, and gives you a bit of confidence as to how to do it. The left side is very tight, and we are still experimenting with a cost effective way to do this. Our local Tech, Jon, says to remove the frunk! We will try that on the next one. Reggie says to swing the cover inboard, and not remove it. We have tried removing tupperware, the fog light fasteners, the snorkle, and none are easy, let alone supereasy! In fact, Ill offer a reward for a video of someone doing a set of fog lights on a 1330 RT in 30 minutes or less! My paypal trigger finger is poised to hit send!!
On the headlights, both mirrors, both wind deflectors, both side panels, the headlight cover (transformer mask) headlight adjuster cables, headlight assemblies, then you can remove the cover to get to the light. I've done 4 sets in the last 5 days. The one trick we learned: a bit of tape on the bolt for the top center headlight assembly to hold it in the socket to start it. The bolts are alloy, so no magnet sticks. Dropping the bolt causes a series of cursewords to spew forth from the body spontaneously and in a loud voice, mostly from Ann!
