Cruise Control?
Do any of the F3 models include cruise control like the RT series?

My F3 Limited has cruise. I think the base F3 is the only one without it.

F3-T with Cruise Control
I just purchased a 2017 F3-T about 3 weeks ago and it comes with a Cruise Control. It is a little touchy to activate it but once you get the hang of it...it is very easy. We have already taken 3 four hour cruises and I have used it quite a bit simply to rest the hand!
PS...this is my first Spyder but I have to say that it is GREAT!
Good luck!

you can add cruise to a base model for about $200, just need to swap out the right controls. wanna save some cash...find a new base 15 leftover and have the dealer swap out the controls.

That's exactly what I did.....
Spyder #1 - 2008 GS SM5 Premier Edition #1977. RIP after 80,000 miles.
Spyder #2 - 2012 RT SM5. Traded in after 24,000 miles.
Spyder #3 - 2015 F3 SM6. Put 13,000 miles on and sold it.
Spyder #4 - 2017 F3 SM6. Too good of a deal to pass up!

Cruise control
I added the cruise to my 2015 f3 as well. Easy job. Really all you need to turn your f3 to an f3s

Yup.. only other real difference is the fenders.... but those suckers are expensive to change... like $900..... no way I'm doing that!

Not so sure about that. How did you feed the cable plug pass the handle bars?

Cruise control
Remove the right grip and the the switch module trace the cable from the throttle unplug and plug in the new throttle cable from the new module with the cruise control . Reassemble and enjoy .
All the great movements in the world began with a cup of coffee!

There
are other differences. Color of rear wheel and foot pegs castings. The bars that the instrument cluster is bolted to are plastic on the base model and metal on the F3-S and are supposed to be changed out to install a BRP windshield. Cruise control, seat stitching, color availability, front wheels, logos on side of bike, gloss black frame, SE trans filter cover. Starting in 2017, the base model is manual trans only and down HP from the F3-S.
