Starting Spyder with E on the display
F3 S died on Saturday. Wouldn't start, wouldn't show correct gear.
Towed to local dealer today, Tech started spyder right up on the flat bed.
He pressed a series of buttons without my knowledge on the left handlebar.
Spyder still had the Check Engine light and flashing dash lights.
Did I miss something or is this a known technique..
Anyone else have this issue, I tried for two days to start it and local tech had it started in 30 sec...
Would be good info for future use, BRP roadside assistance worked well today...

He was just pulling up the error codes. Your gear position sensor is malfunctioning. it's been a known issue, and there was a TSB sent to the dealerships about it...
Ask him when he is ordering the new sensor for your bike.
Good luck!
