warranty Q?
Are headlight bulbs covered under 2 yr brp warranty? I can change it, however if Can - Am will, I won't. Thanks Peeps.
If I can't fix it, I will fix it so no one can fix it. Sypder Loco!

I doubt it unless you have a really nice dealer

I had a headlight HI beam go out at 8 months. I contacted BRP support and they said that light bulbs were not covered normally but since it was less than a year, they would cover it. But I replaced it my self. The bulb, (in my F3) is a standard bulb that are used in cars and can be picked up at a auto parts dealer. Cost less than $20 to replace. I did it myself. Not worth taking my Spyder to the dealer for days to get a bulb replaced
God bless those who serve/served our country!

thanks
Thanks for your comments. I will do it. If it was covered, I would take it to my dealer so the Tech would get the labor time. Not hard to do except for the loss of left thumb on the CCW twist. Lol. Electrical tape on the thumb, to prevent loss of appendades! Thanks Ya'll....

Have to agree...
Normal wear and tear items are not covered except in special cercumstances. Some dealers will cover them on their part but you can always try. At worst they will say no....Now here's a chance to upgrade to a better light bulb and they are not that expensive....

DeerSlsyer, are you on an ST? I'd rather have teeth pulled without Novocain than change those bulbs.

No the other nightmare, RS-S. I found removing the airbox top gave me a stright in approach. Not too bad, did both bulbs. Package stated 150 hr life! Duh!
