    Default Dash Cam Dual Views

Found a couple of dash cams that have constant power plus record in two different directions. Although not waterproof the video I looked at on Youtube was fair. The price is pretty good.

Mounting appears to be a suction cup but I am sure there is someone here who could come up with a ram mount fairly easily.

Pros: Constant Power so need for batteries
You get two cameras with night vision
Menus look fairly easy to navigate through
You can kill the mic on the camera so you don't have constant wind noise
Instant save video if you hit the brakes hard or the g-shock sensor is engaged and the video cannot be written over accidentally

    Cons:Not water proof
No real way to lock down on the bike if you happen to leave it on there by accident

Not sure about how easy it is to edit the software but it can't be that hard.

It's not a GoPro camera but neither is the price

    Very interesting!
It's too bad that it doesn't use a RamLine style mount: you can use a Kamlock to hook them down, and keep them secure.

Hope you didn't pay more than about $50 for that. I paid 70 and got 1080 cam in front and 720 in rear, works good no matter the weather.

. Seeing that the original post you quoted was put up a fair while back (in Jan 2017) I'd think that whatever the OP paid or whatever recommended retail price was on any of this back then is probably a bit different to it's price &/or availability today....

It always pays to check the date/time of the first post in a thread, then at least skim thru to the latest posts to make sure whatever you're planning on posting is still applicable/pertinent/adding to the thread.

Besides you've only told us you got a better product $70, but you haven't even told us what you actually got instead, or where you got it?!?
