Been debt free for 4-5 years now. We were able to pay cash for the 2014 RTL two years ago. Such a good feeling.

    Hi SNOOPY,

Re: Paid off the Spyder early today

Good for you; don't stop now.

Like Mike/BlueKnight, I have never had a loan for any vehicle(s) ever. I've always felt that if I could not buy them outright then I could not afford them.

    YMMV,

    Jerry Baumchen

PS) The only payments I have ever made were for the two houses I have owned.

    Hi Bob,

Re: But nothing feels better than dying while having a whole bunch of creditors, who'll never see another nickel!

Since you are not an estate planning attorney you should stick to insurance.

Creditors are usually the first in line to be paid by the executor. State laws do vary but this is fairly consistent across the country.

PS) Ask me how I know.

    Hi Jerry!
You're a funny guy... What makes you think that I'm going to leave anything of value?
